Does ITRAK IQ send my data to an external AI service?
No. This is the most fundamental principle of ITRAK IQ. Everything runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Your EHS data — incidents, training records, inspections, corrective actions — never leaves your environment. You're using your own Microsoft identities, your own Dataverse instance, and your own governance controls.
Does ITRAK IQ respect our existing Entra ID permissions and roles?
Yes, 100%. ITRAK IQ logs in as the authenticated user, using their Microsoft identity and their ITRAK roles. A field supervisor will only see the data they're permitted to access. A safety manager will see their scope. Permissions aren't bypassed — they're honoured in every AI interaction.
Will AI send emails or take actions automatically without my review?
No. ITRAK IQ is designed with human-in-the-loop as a core principle. When AI drafts an email, it is placed in your drafts folder for your review before anything is sent. You can review the content, edit the recipients, modify the body, and choose when to send. AI supports your decisions — it doesn't make them for you.
Do I need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence to use ITRAK IQ?
ITRAK IQ runs through Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork. You will need appropriate Microsoft licences for the users who will be interacting with ITRAK IQ through Copilot Cowork. Your ITRAK account rep can help you understand the right licensing model for your organization's use case and scale.
Can we build our own AI agents on top of ITRAK IQ?
Absolutely. ITRAK IQ is architected to support unlimited agents. You can use the agents ITRAK provides out of the box, build your own agents that call ITRAK IQ as their data source, or combine both approaches. The platform also supports a multi-LLM architecture, so you can swap AI models as capabilities and costs evolve.
