What information do we collect?
When you submit a form, the data that you enter in that form is securely stored on our server and therefore “shared” with us. Note: if you enter a form but do not mark it as complete then it is not shared with us and is only stored locally on your computer.
Personal data that is entered into a form can include but is not limited to text, photos, and location.
Data is only stored on our server for the purposes of transmitting to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM instance that you authenticated with and is not shared with any other client.
We do not collect information about how you use our apps.
What do we use your information for?
Forms and the data contained within them that you enter into the app is sent to our secure server and is then accessible to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM instance that you authenticated with. At no time is your data exposed to other individuals or companies.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
